The customer

Select Search Order History
Enter their account number
And / or their delivery post code
Press Search
Code Pink will display all orders this customer had
delivered to this post code over the last three months,
if you need to go back further change the last date
box.
As you click on the order line all items supplied in
that order are displayed in the box below.
You now have three instant options:
1. Create a copy of the whole Order in Sage Sale Order
Processing
2. Create a blank Order in Sales Order Processing for
the same customer with the same delivery address.
3. Copy the part number across into your order in a
similar way as the stock description search feature
of Code Pink.
Option 1:
Create a copy of the whole Order in Sage Sale Order
Processing

Click Create Copy Order
Code Purple Creates the copy order, tells you the order
number and of cause copies it into its buffer so that
you can easily recall the order.

... And
your new order appears
Job Done
Please note the
Quantities and prices paid will be identical to last
time. If you have had recent price rises re-fresh each
item on the order.
Option
2:
Create a blank Order in Sales Order Processing for
the same customer with the same delivery address

Select Create Blank Order
Code Purple informs you the Order Number Create and
copies this number
We have to enter one line in the blank order but you
simply use this line to enter your first order Line.
Option
3:
Copy the part number across into your order in a
similar way as the stock description search feature
of Code Pink.

Double Click on any item in the history area
Now paste into any order

That simple!
