Our aim is always to get you the customer up and running as fast as possible, the key is being able to offer a maximum down time as we take care to bring the most appropriate combination of service solutions to fix the computer problem in the fastest possible time.

We will apply the most practical solution to getting the user up and running. This depends on careful diagnosis either over the phone or remotely on your computer screen with Remote Help Desk and if further action is required following up with the correct combination of skilled engineer, parts or loan equipment on site.

Telephone Support

Our user friendly service has a team of dedicated technical support staff with specific computer support roles including the general areas of computer hardware systems, software, networks or communications.

The technicians have access to all the latest information on computer support and maintenance, much of which is provided by the manufacturers and is not publicly available. In addition our own database of fixes and faults is continually compiled, which together with our Remote Help Desk allows us to solve approximately 3/4 of the received computer repair calls without a technicians visit being required.

 
Remote Support

When the user calls the Code Remote Help Desk for computer advice or assistance, our amazing service allows the user to share their screen with the help desk technician. This connection is done via your internet connection and is completely private and secure.

Remote Help Desk means that:

• Users technical problems are solved faster.

• Computer problems could be solved without the need for a visit by a technician.

• Calls are shorter and therefore cheaper, as the technician starts work on your computer system immediately.

• Calls are less stressful because the user does not have to explain what is on the screen.

 
 
Rapid Response Technicians

Onsite technicians are available to visit your site to resolve computer problems that cannot be fixed remotely. These technicians are available at specially reduced rates. These technicians are available at short notice with a response time of 8 working hours for Code Care customers only. All computer parts and loan equipment that are used to effect the computer repair will be charged on a time and materials basis and is always subject to prior customer approval.
